MARYVILLE, Tenn. - Retired Maj. Gen. Frederick H. Forster, former Assistant Adjutant General for Air for the state of Tennessee and commander of the 134th Air Refueling Wing at McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base, is laid to rest at the Mt.
