Col. Vincent Franklin, out-going 119th Cyberspace Operations Squadron Commander, MSgt Eric Konupka, 119 COS First Sergeant, and Chief Master Sgt. Terry Arnold retire the 228th Combat Control Squadron guidon. The 228 CBCS was officially retired in a ceremony on Jan. 6, 2018, at McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base.
