134th Volunteers train for mass casualty event

U.S. Soldiers with the Tennessee Army National Guard and Airmen with the 134th Medical Group work with an Army UH-60 Black Hawk during a mass causality exercise November 6th, 2023 at McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base. This training is a joint effort with hoist and hot load casualty drills to develop critical skills in providing treatment and transportation of casualties.
