The 134th Air Refueling Wing is made up of the 134th Operations Group, the 134th Maintenance Group, the 134th Mission Support Group, the 134th Medical Group, the 228th Cyberspace Operations Group, and the 134th Wing Staff Agency.

McGhee Tyson is also home to the I.G. Brown ANG Training and Education Center.
